1 lb of ground beef 1 can of cream of mushroom soup (I'd imagine this could be substituted for any cream soup, but the mushroom makes it like swiss steak, or maybe a gravy for a substitute.) Mashed Potatoes (I'd say real and not boxed, but boxed might work?)
cook the ground beef in a skillet and then add the soup just until it's warm. At the same time on the side prepare the mashed potatoes. Once both are done take a casserole pan, or if available, a large oven safe bowl. Pour the soup/beef into the bottom of the pan and then place the mashed potatoes on top. Spread the potatoes out to try to completely cover the soup/beef mixture. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
